Joep Bertrams is a Dutch illustrator and cartoonist. He illustrated several books and picture books. 
Until 2011, he drew the daily political cartoon in the Dutch newspaper Het Parool. Since then, he works as a cartoonist for De Groene Amsterdammer and Dutch regional papers. His drawings have also been published in magazines, periodicals and several international media. 
From 2004 until 2010, he made animated political cartoons for the Dutch television programme NOVA.
