Tomás Serrano is a Spanish illustrator, cartoonist and caricaturist. He has a degree in architecture from ETSA in Madrid in 1985 and has worked for many years on the design of buildings in Salamanca. His drawings have been published in ABC and Magazine Blanco y Negro since 1986.
