Representative Joe Walsh—the congressman on display in the video—has represented Illinois’s 8th District since last year, when he defeated the Democratic incumbent in the 2010 midterm elections. Unfortunately for Walsh, the Illinois legislature has gerrymandered him out of his district—if he runs again, he’ll have to choose a new district, and face a more Democratic electorate, as well as a potentially formidable opponent.
