Jay Rosner

Jay Rosner, executive director of The Princeton Review Foundation, is
writing a book on this subject and co-wrote a related article for the
December 2002 Santa Clara Law Review. He testified as an expert
witness in favor of affirmative action in the Michigan Law School case.
