Jo-Marie Burt

Jo-Marie Burt, the former editor of NACLA, teaches at George Mason University and is a senior fellow at the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA). She worked for the Peruvian Truth and Reconciliation Commission and was an international observer to the Fujimori and Ríos Montt trials. She is currently writing a book about human rights prosecutions in Latin America.
