This Week

This Week is a weekly compendium of national and world events, which are lost in, or buried by, silence. It began as a reflection of the many voices of victims of the coronavirus pandemic. Eventually it moved, as did the national needle, to topics ranging from police violence, inequality, injustice, the climate emergency, Republican power grabs, insurrection, and ongoing attempts to subvert democracy. All of the above, of course, remain with us and are continuing to develop an expanding cast of characters. Art from this collection was published in Living & Dying in America: A Daily Chronicle 2020-2022 (Fantagraphics Books).
